x1111 Terms and Conditions — Your Agreement With Our Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the x1111 platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing a bet of any kind — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and x1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of x1111 and, if you have an account, request its closure by contacting our support team at support@x1111.biz.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your agreement with x1111. Where these Terms use the phrase "platform services," this refers to all games, betting markets, promotional offers, VIP Club benefits, referral rewards, and any other feature accessible through x1111.

2. Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on x1111, you must create a registered account. Registration is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number, which will be verified via one-time password (OTP). You must provide accurate and complete information at registration and keep this information updated at all times.

2.1 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information provided to x1111 during and after registration. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and a permanent ban from the platform.

2.2 One Account Only

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one x1111 account. x1111 uses technical and behavioural indicators to identify duplicate accounts, including but not limited to device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method linkage. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts associated with that player will be closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

x1111 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification documents must be current and legible. x1111 will process verification within 72 hours of receiving complete documentation.

3. Eligibility

You may only register and use x1111 if you meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming platforms is not prohibited.
• You are not accessing x1111 on behalf of any other person or entity.
• You have not previously had an x1111 account closed for breach of Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of x1111 or any of its affiliated suppliers.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement or third-party responsible gaming restriction that would prohibit your use of online gaming platforms.

x1111 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Players who are found to be ineligible will have their accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited. Stakes placed on games will be refunded in cases of genuine age ambiguity, at x1111's sole discretion.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

x1111 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. x1111 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges, which are your responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Verified accounts using Easypaisa or JazzCash typically receive funds within minutes of a withdrawal request being approved. Bank transfer (IBFT) withdrawals are processed within one business day. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals take one to two business days to reflect.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account must have completed identity verification (KYC).
• Any active bonus funds must have met their stated wagering requirement, or you must choose to forfeit the bonus before withdrawing.
• Your account must not be under any security review or dispute investigation.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the platform's stated daily and weekly withdrawal limits, which are displayed in your account settings and vary by VIP tier.

4.4 Declined Withdrawals

x1111 reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, x1111 will notify the player and request additional verification information. Balances subject to a security hold are frozen pending investigation outcome.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

x1111 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotional offer, which supplement — and in cases of conflict, supersede — the general provisions in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are stated in multiples of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in total wagers before withdrawal eligibility). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — sports betting wagers typically contribute 100%, while some table game variants may contribute at a lower rate as stated per promotion.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

x1111 monitors all bonus usage for patterns that suggest abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across markets, low-variance strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, and collusion between accounts. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus voided and may have their account closed.

5.3 Welcome Bonus

The welcome bonus available to new x1111 registrants is valid for use on the stated products only and must be activated within 7 days of account registration. The bonus expires and is automatically removed from the account balance if not activated within this window. Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

5.4 VIP Club Rewards

VIP cashback and tier benefits form part of the x1111 VIP Club programme, which has its own separate terms available on the VIP Club page. Cashback is calculated on net losses over the preceding 7-day period and credited every Monday. VIP points are non-transferable and have no cash value outside of the VIP redemption system.

6. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on x1111 are governed by the rules set out in this section. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept these rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by x1111 at its absolute discretion. x1111 reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit stakes, or decline to offer any market without providing a reason. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your balance. In the event of a technical error during bet placement, x1111 will investigate and settle the bet at the odds that should have been displayed.

6.2 Voided Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned where: the event is abandoned before an official result is recorded; the event is postponed beyond 48 hours from its original scheduled start time; or where x1111 determines in good faith that the bet was accepted at incorrect or erroneous odds. In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the player's balance in full.

6.3 Live Betting

Live in-play bets at x1111 are accepted subject to network connectivity and real-time data availability. x1111 uses automated systems to suspend markets during moments of high uncertainty (e.g., immediately following a wicket in cricket). Bets placed during a brief suspension period may be declined. x1111 cannot be held liable for network latency that results in a bet being placed at odds that have changed by the time of server confirmation.

6.4 Palpable Errors

Where it is obvious that odds have been published in error — for example, a favourites quoted at odds well below their true probability due to a data entry mistake — x1111 reserves the right to void those bets and refund stakes in full. This applies even where the bet has already settled. x1111 will not profit from palpable errors and will notify affected players by email.

7. Card and Table Games

Teen Patti, Poker, and all other card and table games at x1111 are governed by the specific game rules published in the game lobby, in addition to these Terms. The general provisions below apply to all card and table game activity.

7.1 Random Number Generation

All outcomes in x1111 card and table games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) that is independently audited on a quarterly basis. The RNG is designed to produce outcomes that are statistically random and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player, the platform, or any third party. Certification documentation is available on request by emailing support@x1111.biz.

7.2 Disconnection During Play

If your connection is interrupted during a live game session, x1111 provides a 90-second reconnection window. If you fail to reconnect within this window, an automated system will complete your hand or turn using the best available play based on the game's rule-set. The result of the automated play is final. x1111 cannot accept liability for losses resulting from disconnection events outside of its control.

7.3 Multi-Table Restrictions

Players may participate in a maximum of four concurrent tables across all card and table game variants at x1111. Participating in more than four tables simultaneously is a breach of these Terms and may result in excess tables being force-closed with any open bets settled according to current game state.

8. Ludo Game Rules

Real-money Ludo games at x1111 are conducted using Pakistani standard Ludo rules, with the following platform-specific provisions:

• A roll of six is required to move a piece out of home. Rolling three consecutive sixes cancels all three rolls for that turn.
• Pieces on designated safe squares cannot be captured by any opponent.
• Each player has a maximum turn timer of 20 seconds in Classic mode and 12 seconds in Quick mode. Exceeding the timer results in an automatic random-valid-move being applied.
• Three consecutive timer-outs trigger an automatic fold. The folded player's pieces are removed from the board and their entry fee is redistributed to the remaining players' prize pool.
• Private room creators set the entry fee and rule variant before the room opens. Room creators are bound by the rules they select and cannot alter them once a second player has joined.
• The platform rake on all Ludo games is 10% of the total prize pool, deducted before distribution.

All dice rolls in x1111 Ludo are generated by the platform's certified RNG. Players who suspect irregularities in dice rolls may request a log of their session by emailing support@x1111.biz within 7 days of the session date.

9. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your x1111 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person or allow any other person to access your account under any circumstances. x1111 will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel — any communication asking for your password should be treated as a phishing attempt and reported to support@x1111.biz immediately.

You must notify x1111 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. x1111 will investigate all reported security incidents. Where x1111 determines that unauthorised access occurred through no fault of the account holder, we will make reasonable efforts to restore the account to its pre-incident state. However, x1111 cannot be liable for losses that occur as a result of you sharing your credentials or failing to maintain adequate account security.

x1111 employs bank-grade TLS encryption on all connections, and financial transactions are processed through secure integrations with each payment provider. x1111 does not store your full Easypaisa PIN, JazzCash MPIN, or card details on our servers.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited at x1111 and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent ban:

• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated system to interact with x1111 in a way that is not available to ordinary users.
• Colluding with other players in any card game, Ludo room, or betting scenario to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any bugs discovered must be reported to x1111 immediately. Players who exploit known or discovered bugs will have all gains from the exploitation reversed.
• Using x1111 for money laundering or any financial crime. x1111 is required to report suspicious transaction patterns to relevant authorities and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation.
• Placing bets on events in which you have inside knowledge that materially affects the outcome.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to circumvent x1111's responsible gaming restrictions or those imposed by a self-exclusion agreement.
• Using offensive, abusive, or threatening language toward x1111 staff or other players in any chat or communication channel.

11. Responsible Gaming

x1111 is committed to responsible gaming and views it as a fundamental obligation — not a regulatory formality. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, never a source of financial hardship or personal distress.

• Session Reminders — Receive an in-platform notification after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period — Suspend your account from all activity for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion — Close your account from all gaming activity for a minimum of 6 months. This is irreversible for the selected duration.

12. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of x1111 content without prior written consent. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use x1111 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

x1111 provides its platform services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, x1111 excludes all representations and warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform and its services.

x1111 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. x1111's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

x1111 is not responsible for losses resulting from: network outages; device or software failures; acts of God or force majeure events; or any third-party actions outside x1111's reasonable control. In the event of a platform error that incorrectly credits a player's account, x1111 reserves the right to correct the error and recover the erroneously credited amount.

14. Termination of Account

Either party may close a player account at any time. If you wish to close your x1111 account, please contact support@x1111.biz. Any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days of account closure confirmation.

x1111 may close or suspend your account without prior notice where: you have breached these Terms; there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or money laundering; you have become ineligible to use the platform; or x1111 is required to do so by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of termination for cause, x1111 reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and may retain your deposited funds pending investigation completion.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any disputes arising from or connected to your use of x1111 shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which x1111 is licensed to operate. x1111 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and in a timely manner.

If you have a dispute with x1111, you should first contact our customer support team at support@x1111.biz and clearly describe the issue. x1111 aims to respond to all formal disputes within 48 hours. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 days, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service as specified in the x1111 licence conditions.

16. Amendments to These Terms

x1111 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations — will be communicated to registered players via email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect.

For non-material changes (such as clarifications, corrections of typographical errors, or formatting updates), x1111 may update the Terms immediately. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent amendment. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of x1111 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
