Ludo is the game every Pakistani grew up with — summer holidays, family evenings, Eid afternoons. x1111 brings it online with real money stakes, multiplayer rooms that fill in seconds, and instant PKR payouts to Easypaisa or JazzCash.
Real board game feel, real players, real PKR winnings
There are dozens of free Ludo apps floating around on Pakistani Android phones. Most of them are fine for killing time — but they are not built around real competition, real stakes, or real rewards. The x1111 Ludo platform is built around all three. Every room has a real entry fee, every player is competing for a real prize, and every win translates into real Pakistani Rupees that you can withdraw immediately.
This is not a trivial distinction. When actual PKR is at stake, the game changes. Players make sharper decisions, the competition is genuinely intense, and a well-timed safe capture or a lucky six on the dice feels meaningful in a way that free-play simply cannot replicate. At x1111, the Ludo rooms are filled with players who are playing to win — which makes every session feel more like the real thing than any casual mobile app ever could.
The platform has also made a real effort on fairness. The dice rolls at x1111 are powered by a certified random number generator — every roll is independent, unpredictable, and cannot be influenced by the platform or any player. This is independently audited and the certification is available on request. You are playing a fair game against real opponents, and any loss is genuinely just the way the dice rolled — not a rigged outcome.
Every way Pakistani players enjoy Ludo — all in one place
The full traditional Ludo experience — four players, four colours, all pieces starting from home, racing to the finish. Classic mode at x1111 uses standard Pakistani Ludo rules including the safe squares and the six-to-enter requirement. Games typically run 25–40 minutes at this pace.
For when you only have 15–20 minutes but still want real competition. Quick Ludo at x1111 uses a speed ruleset — pieces start partially advanced, and a modified timer keeps every round brisk. Ideal for lunch break play or a fast session between other games.
Multi-round elimination tournaments running twice weekly at x1111. All players start with equal positions, fixed buy-in, and compete until one player holds all the points. Prize pools are guaranteed and split among the top finishers. Weekend tournaments draw larger fields and bigger prizes.
Create a private Ludo room at x1111 and share the room code with exactly who you want to invite. Set your own entry fee, choose 2 or 4 player format, and pick your ruleset. Perfect for friends, family competitions, and office group games during Eid or holidays.
One-on-one Ludo with two players and two colours each. Head-to-head mode is the fastest format for direct competition — no waiting for four players, more focused gameplay, and sharper tactical decisions since every capture directly advances your relative position significantly.
Exclusively for Gold VIP members and above at x1111. High-stakes tables with entries from Rs 5,000 per player, running in private rooms with matched-skill opponents, dedicated support, and priority payout processing. The most competitive Ludo environment on the platform.

Standard Pakistani Ludo rules apply across all Classic and Quick game modes. A few important points to know before you play:
You must roll a six to bring a new piece out of home. Rolling a six also grants an additional roll. Three consecutive sixes cancels all three rolls — a familiar rule that every Pakistani Ludo player knows.
Pieces on starred safe squares cannot be captured by opponents. Classic mode uses eight safe squares on the board — the same positions used in traditional Pakistani home Ludo. Quick mode uses four safe squares only.
Landing on a square occupied by an opponent's piece sends it back to home, unless that square is a safe square. Capturing a piece earns a bonus roll. Your own pieces can stack on any square without capturing each other.
Each player has 20 seconds per turn in Classic mode and 12 seconds in Quick mode. Exceeding the timer results in an automatic dice roll with a random valid move applied. Timing out three consecutive turns triggers auto-fold.
The first player to move all four pieces to the finish position in the centre wins. In multiplayer rooms, play continues until all players finish and a full prize distribution is calculated. In tournaments, the final standings determine prize shares.
Platform rake is 10% of the prize pool. Head-to-head and tournament distributions differ. See room details before joining.
Ludo occupies a unique place in Pakistani culture. Unlike poker or Teen Patti, which carry an explicitly adult association, Ludo is universally familiar across all age groups and across every part of the country — from Karachi to Gilgit, from Lahore to Quetta. It is one of those games that genuinely brings people together, and the reason x1111 invested in building a proper competitive Ludo platform is precisely that — Pakistanis were already playing it competitively, informally, with real stakes at home. x1111 simply brought that to the phone in a transparent, fair, accessible way.
The room fill speed at x1111 Ludo is impressive. Even at non-peak hours, Classic and Quick mode rooms at the Rs 200–500 entry levels fill within a minute or two. Head-to-head rooms at higher stakes take slightly longer to match — x1111 uses skill-based matching to pair players of similar win rates in higher-stakes formats, which keeps the games competitive rather than allowing experienced grinders to farm new players. This is a meaningful difference from casual apps where the match quality is entirely random.
The mobile interface for Ludo at x1111 deserves real praise. The board scales cleanly on all screen sizes, the dice animation is satisfying without being slow, and the piece movement is smooth even on budget Android handsets with modest specifications. There is no app download required — the x1111 Ludo platform runs in your mobile browser and loads in under five seconds on a standard 4G connection. Players in areas with slightly weaker connectivity have reported that even on 3G the experience remains playable.
The Private Room feature is particularly beloved among groups of friends at x1111. Instead of coordinating a physical gathering, you create a room, set the stakes — anything from Rs 100 to Rs 10,000 per player — share the room code in your group chat, and everyone joins from wherever they are. Eid family Ludo competitions, office group challenges, university hostel tournaments — all of this is happening in x1111 Private Rooms every week across Pakistan.
Weekly tournaments are the competitive centrepiece of x1111 Ludo. Tuesday evening tournaments run with a Rs 500 buy-in and a guaranteed prize pool of Rs 25,000. Saturday Mega Ludo runs with a Rs 1,000 buy-in and Rs 50,000 guaranteed. Both tournaments run elimination-style across multiple rounds, and the prize distribution rewards finishing in the top 20% of the field. Regular tournament players at x1111 build up VIP points quickly through tournament entries, which accelerates their progress through the VIP tiers and improves their cashback percentages on all games.
All dice rolls use an independently audited RNG. Every roll is random, verifiable, and completely beyond any player's influence.
Play in your mobile browser on Android or iOS. No downloads, no storage space needed, works on 3G and 4G connections across Pakistan.
Your winnings appear in your x1111 balance the second the game concludes — no manual processing, no waiting until the next business day.
Higher-stakes rooms use win-rate matching to pair players of similar skill, keeping competition fair and sessions engaging for experienced players.

Real experiences from players across the country
"I have tried other Ludo apps that claimed to offer real money but the withdrawals were always a problem. At x1111 I won Rs 2,400 from a Classic 4P room on a Saturday night and the money was in my Easypaisa before I even went to sleep. That instant withdrawal speed is what keeps me coming back every week."
"We started using Private Rooms at x1111 for our university hostel Ludo tournaments. Eight of us in a group, we each put in Rs 500 and whoever wins takes the pot. It replaced our old in-person sessions entirely because now everyone can join from their own room. The board looks great on mobile and I have never had a connection issue."
"The Saturday Mega Tournament at x1111 is serious fun. I finished 4th out of 68 players last month and won Rs 5,000 from a Rs 1,000 buy-in. What I respect most is that the dice feel genuinely random — I have won from terrible positions and lost from strong ones, just like real Ludo should be. No signs of any rigging that I have ever noticed."
